My Bro bags ASEAN Editorial Cartooning Grand Prize!

Rio, my younger brother who currently works in Cebu as an editorial cartoonist/artist for the local paper SUN STAR DAILY has won the ASEAN Editorial Cartooning contest besting other 28 contestants from prominent Manila-based newpapers like the Inquirer and Manila Times, and community newspapers from other part of the country. This is the second time he has won a national editorial cartooning contest. The first was with the Philippines' Aids Soceity where he pocketeed the US$500 grand prize and a trip to Bangkok.
